General Queries

Please use the following procedure.

1. Register in the Forums.
2. Search the Feedback section and any other section you think is relevant for an answer.
3. If you can’t find a thread answering your query, start a new one in the appropriate section (usually the feedback forum) and remember to state whether your issue is with the main site or the forums.
4. If you don’t get a response within 48 hours, email your query to admins[at]oneddl.eu.*

*On occasion, we may ask that you provide proof that you have complied with the procedure above to verify you have exhausted all other points of contact before emailing us.

N.B. We cannot vouch for the contents of any third-party sites and respectfully ask that you do not email us if you have a problem with them. We only link to these sites, and do not host any content. Any attempt to suggest you downloaded content from OneDDL is clearly a false assumption.

Furthermore, we are not a computer help desk and we ignore any emails that do not relate to problems regarding the technical aspects of the site.

Intrusive/Malicious Adverts
We don’t take donations and never will. As a result, we run adverts to pay for the website’s various servers and infrastructure. We have a strict policy with regard to what types of adverts we allow and we do not tolerate anything that is intrusive or malicious. This includes pop-ups/unders, adverts that automatically play sounds and obviously, adverts designed to spread viruses. If you notice a bad advert on the site, please get in contact via admins[at]oneddl.eu so that we can let the ad companies know and have it removed.
