about 10 minutes?
yep it was only short
This made me actually think that maybe all Dr. Who episodes should only be 10 minutes long. It isn’t too much of a stretch to imagine that this plot idea could have been extended into a whole episode by adding a lot of filler.

I think you got the right idea. The classic ones could have been a hour and were spread over 7 weeks in 24 minute episodes.
